Don't forget November 5th Bee Cave Riding Center will host a fun filled Kid's event from 4-8 pm. Our BCRC drill team will perform at the closing of the event. We will have a practice for the drill team on Friday November 3rd from 5-7pm. If you are interested in riding in the drill team, please sign up on the board behind the arena that is designated for the drill team .
WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR SPONSORSHIPS OF THE HORSES IN THE DRILL TEAM.
For $250 we offer a family sponsorship that gives the rider a limited edition saddle pad and 10 kid tickets. The kid tickets may be used for merchandise, food, drinks and other fun. Text Kate Welbourn at 678-576-8452 to add to the sponsorship list.
If you are interested in volunteering Friday evening for set up, please join us from 5-7pm at the barn.
We'd like to thank everyone for any level of involvement as we raise money for the fight against childhood cancer.
After looking into our options for an A show, we discovered the December 10th weekend in Waco is not happening this year. Our next A show will be on the calendar for January 20th in Waco.
Next Weekend, November 12th and 13th we are going to Taylor to compete in a Centex show. This is a schooling show put on by the local organization, CTHJA. The costs are similar to a dripping springs show and we need a stall count today. If you are interested please text Kathy at 512-632-7433.
Our annual holiday party will take place on Saturday, December 17th. This is open to all barn families and we hope to see you all then. More info to follow.
Thanksgiving Thursday lessons will be rescheduled to the Friday following.
The next barn closing will be for the holiday season starting on December 24th (no lessons on that Saturday) and lessons will resume on January 2nd. The barn will be open for owners and lessees.
EQUESTRIAN ITEMS IN THE ART SCHOOL.
There are many fine items in the art school available for your taking until November 18th. After that date, we will be donating them to another riding program. Please check it out as I know many items are in great shape and can be used for your future show needs.
See you at the barn!
